What payment options do you provide?
You can pay by credit or debit card via Stripe, or by wire transfer.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The fee covers everything in the scope. If you request something outside that scope (a major brand overhaul, custom development, print design, paid fonts, or imagery licenses), we'll quote it separately and clearly before any work begins.
What are your cancellation terms?
Finsites Essentials™ is a one-time project with no ongoing commitment. The engagement runs for two months, after which the site is fully yours with no further obligation.
Finsites Care™ is month-to-month and can be canceled at any time with seven days' notice. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation penalty.
